I wish I had read these reviews before purchase - WASTE OF MONEY - Norton: Go to Norton. At no point did it say you will need to enter a credit card and sign up to Auto Renew before you can proceed - but you have if you don't it just takes you back to the beginning. I purchased Norton 360 15month licence 5 devices and got the Key Emailed to me with the instructions (see below line).
In my opinion - One thing people should never do is sign up for auto renewal. If Norton want money out of you every year they could at least email you to allow a decision to made. So remember if your buy Norton software, knowingly or unknowingly you are signing up for auto renew and whether you want to continue or not you will have to continue to pay. Never mind the anti-virus software to protect us from scammers taking our money we also need software to protect us against greedy anti-virus software suppliers doing the same. On their website they are only interested in selling you more products and taking your money. I don't have a Norton account and you can't contact Norton to complain.
I managed to stop that payment and did Norton contact me? No they didn't, they laid low for a couple of weeks, changed the account number and tried again this time successfully. I was contacted by my bank a couple of weeks ago because Norton were attempting to take another £74,99 from my account. For many years I have not used Norton software and they never contact me but they do insist on raiding my bank account every year. Many years ago I must have bought anti virus software package from Norton. NORTON FOR LIFE via Lifetime auto-renewal
